![]() ![]() Discogs claims that it was released on June 19th, 1981 making it 38 years and a day old as I decided to write about this one today instead of yesterday. I seem to recall that I had heard this one being. Department S: Going Left Right UK 7 1981 Going Left Right She’s Expecting You Here’s a fantastic record from the summer of 1981. This issue was reported as far back as January 2015 during the Technical Preview but still remains unfixed. Department S: Going Left Right UK 7 1981 Going Left Right She’s Expecting You Here’s a fantastic record from the summer of 1981. This is an issue that really needs to be resolved as it is a bit embarrassing that Microsoft are making a big song and dance about Windows 10 being for gamers yet their own Xbox One controller does not work properly in games running on an engine that is very popular with indie developers. Left Right Left Lyrics: Oh, I've been hurtin' lately / I'm down on all my luck / Sometimes, there's no one there by your side / I don't deserve this, baby / But I know I can't give up / Tough. It does point to an issue with the engine or perhaps how it reads/detects the controller rather than a driver issue per se as pretty much every other non-Unity game (with the exception of Grandia II, of course) works absolutely fine with the Xbox One and that includes Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mad Max and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to name a few recent titles. ![]() Some games like The Last Tinker appear to play fine but the issue rears its ugly head in the menus (volume and brightness dropping down to zero for example) and things like the shops are inaccessible because of improper controller mappings. This growing list of problem Unity Engine games includes (for me): Ori and the Blind Forest (it works perfectly with the DualShock 4 controller though the irony!), Glare (menu issue), Beyond Eyes, Mini Motors Racing EVO (spinning car), etc, etc. I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit by the way and using the default Windows 10 driver for the controller. The Xbox One controller issue where it acts as if you're pushing left on the analogue sticks or D-pad is a recurring bug I have come across in many Unity Engine games as well as Grandia II Anniversary Edition (which does not use Unity but the devs have a workaround for that anyway so it's no longer an issue). ![]()
